Advanced Life Support

ALS services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When seconds count, Beauport Ambulance’s Paramedics are ready to respond with the highest level of prehospital emergency care. Our Advanced Life Support (ALS) teams are trained in critical life-saving interventions and guided by evidence-based medical protocols to stabilize, treat, and transport patients during the most serious medical emergencies — including cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, and severe trauma.

What We Offer

Our ALS units serve as Primary 911 response for several Massachusetts communities and provide mutual aid support to neighboring towns when needed. In addition, our paramedic crews perform interfacility transfers between hospitals, ensuring uninterrupted advanced care during transport. We also act as the primary emergency response provider for many of our contracted healthcare facilities.
