John R. Morris
John R. Morris is a 2003 graduate of Gloucester High School. He went on to pursue a degree in Business Management at Endicott College. While attending his first semester at Endicott, he was confronted with the opportunity to purchase the family business following his father’s early retirement, which was his ultimate goal.

While attending his first semester at Endicott, he was confronted with the opportunity to purchase the family business following his father’s early retirement, which was his ultimate goal.
In 2004, he made the decision to leave Endicott and purchase Beauport Transportation, which was operating as a Chair Car Service and where John worked part time along with 3 other employees.
In his first year running the business, John sought ways to expand services, and with creative solutions and perseverance, was able to double the size of the company in vehicles and employees, moving from three vehicles to six, and four employees to eight.
It was at this time that John decided to pursue his ultimate goal, to re-open Beauport’s Ambulance Division. While attending North Shore Community College to earn his EMT certification and simultaneously running the chair car business, John applied for a license from the Department of Public Health Offices of Emergency Medical Services to operate an Ambulance Service, which he obtained in fall 2005.
Over the next decade, John focused on expanding the company, and through hard work, long hours and many sacrifices, was able to position Beauport as one of the largest private companies on the North Shore.
As of today, John still wears many hats, from working the ambulance on a daily basis, dispatching, pursuing business development and overseeing operations. He is committed to running a company where the employees and the community members it serves are like family. John believes in doing business locally, supporting his community through donations, charitable causes, serving on local boards, and assisting anyone and everyone who needs help. John’s “moto” is Beauport never says no. He strives to ensure that whatever our patients, facilities, and communities need, that Beauport will be there for them.
John lives in Essex, MA with his wife Jenna, daughter Mila, son Maverick, and bonus children Khloe and Travis. He enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family and traveling. It is John’s hope to keep the Beauport name going for many generations to come.

Vice President
Eric Beaulieu
A lifelong Cape Ann resident, Eric was raised in the scenic coastal town of Rockport and now lives in Gloucester with his wife and their three children. His commitment to public service began early, joining the Rockport Fire Department as a Volunteer Firefighter in June 2008.
A lifelong Cape Ann resident, Eric was raised in the scenic coastal town of Rockport and now lives in Gloucester with his wife and their three children. His commitment to public service began early, joining the Rockport Fire Department as a Volunteer Firefighter in June 2008.
Eric began his career with Beauport Ambulance in 2009 as a Chair Car Driver while completing the EMT-Basic Program at North Shore Community College. Over the years, he quickly advanced through several roles, including EMT-B, EMD Dispatcher, Paramedic, and ALS Supervisor.
After earning his Paramedic Certification in 2011, Eric split his time between Beauport and the Newbury Fire Department. After four years of service to the Town of Newbury, he joined the Reading Fire Department in 2016, where he continues to serve today. In 2018, Eric took a small break from Beauport Ambulance Service, serving full-time for both the Reading and Middleton Fire Departments. During this time, Eric was awarded a Citation for Valor for his heroic response to the Merrimack Valley gas explosions.
In 2021, Eric returned to Beauport as General Manager, bringing his deep experience and leadership back to the organization. He was promoted to Vice President in May 2025, a role in which he continues to shape the future of the company. His leadership philosophy aligns closely with that of Beauport President John R. Morris-prioritizing both patients and employees.
With a career spanning nearly two decades across multiple departments and emergency response roles, Eric brings invaluable operational insight to Beauport’s daily functions. His positive energy and dedication to team morale make him a respected leader within the organization. As Vice President, Eric remains focused on maintaining the highest clinical standards, delivering exceptional service, and fostering strong relationships throughout the Beauport team and the communities they serve.

Director of Operations – Boston Division
Kevin Rosado Jr.
Kevin brings nearly three decades of experience in the private ambulance industry, having launched his career in 1996 as a chair car driver. He quickly advanced to roles as an EMT and Dispatcher, building a strong foundation in two-way radio communications and IT services- skills that have supported his long and accomplished EMS career.

He quickly advanced to roles as an EMT and Dispatcher, building a strong foundation in two-way radio communications and IT services- skills that have supported his long and accomplished EMS career.
Throughout the last 25 years, Kevin has held several key leadership positions, including Supervisor, Operations Manager, Director of Communications, and Director of Operations. He has been instrumental in establishing and managing ambulance services and 911 PSAP dispatch centers, demonstrating a proven ability to lead in complex operational settings.
Kevin joined Beauport Ambulance in May 2021 as Director of Operations to help launch the Boston Division. Working closely with Beauport’s President John Morris, he helped grow the division from the ground up into a thriving operation, now staffing 12 vehicles daily-including 5 ambulances and 7 chair cars-and providing both emergency and non-emergency services throughout the Boston area.
Shortly after joining Beauport, Kevin was also tasked with overseeing the Dispatch Center and IT department, in addition to his leadership of the Boston Division. His extensive experience in the private ambulance sector continues to help drive Beauport’s growth and operational excellence.
Outside of work, Kevin has been happily married since 2006 and is a proud father of two. He is also a dedicated high school football coach. His leadership, technical knowledge, and commitment to service are vital to Beauport’s continued success and long-term sustainability.

John was hired by Beauport in May of 2025 as our Chief Operating Officer to compliment our Management Team and assist in ensuring as we grow slowly and steadily, that it is done the Beauport way

Director of Operations – North Shore Division
Matt Coppinger
Matt Coppinger joined the Beauport team in 2020, and currently serves as the Director of Operations for the North Shore Division. He is a graduate of Northeastern University’s Paramedic program, and brings to us over 20 years of experience in the EMS and public safety sector.

Matt has held several positions at Beauport including Paramedic, Lead Field Training Officer, ALS Supervisor, and Vaccination Program Manager. Matt also serves on the Board of Governor’s for Massachusetts Region 3 HMCC. Matt is a 16-year veteran of the United States Army National Guard, where he has served as a Chief Warrant Officer and Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot. Matt has served overseas on multiple combat deployments, including to Afghanistan and the Balkans. He is a lifelong resident of the North Shore, where he also raises his 8-year-old daughter. Matt is an avid SCUBA diver, and enjoys many other outdoor activities in the local area. Matt’s diverse experience and expertise will continue to help shape the future of Beauport Ambulance Service.
